Guru Ji was born on this Earth to spread the light of Spirituality and the Love of God. Guru Ji’s aim in life was to remove the darkness of wants, jealousy, ego and hatred that resides within us, and replace it with the light of love and care – showing everyone the path to enlightenment.
Like everyone else, Guru Ji also had a life full of struggles; however, despite these struggles Guru Ji’s focus always remained on how to spread the light of Truth and the Love of God. In the dedication towards this purpose, Guru Ji put all worldly things at stake and surged ahead to help the needy, give emotional support to the distressed, love to those who are unloved, and the power of self-realisation to those who seek the ultimate truth.
Unlike many other saints, Guru Ji did not lead life as a ‘sanyasi’ – in fact, Guru Ji was married, had children and led a family life (‘grehsti’). However, Guru Ji’s family extended not just to Guru Ji’s children…but to the hundreds of disciples who would come and listen to Guru Ji’s discourses on a regular basis. Guru Ji always said that life as a ‘sanyasi’ is easy and one does not get to know everything about their own evils in solitude. Rather, life of a ‘grehsti’ (a family person) is more rigorous as one encounters their own evils on a regular basis. These encounters are what lead us to overcoming these evils and making us a more purer Self.
Guru Ji never built an ashram or publicised the teachings…..Guru Ji never wanted a crowd of fake disciples coming to say praises and showering garlands……rather Guru Ji was only looking for disciples (even if they are a handful) who are yearning for the truth about life and seek self-realisation or ‘nirvana’. Guru Ji was a master in balancing the mind, the body and the soul in such a way that we are always present in every moment of our lives – and treat every being with the love and care of God.
Guru Ji’s teachings are in very simple language, but have the power to lift people from the lowness of mind and matter to the highness of love and energy! In Guru Ji’s lifetime, Guru Ji has shown the path to self-realisation to many….and even now, Guru Ji’s teachings continue to show the path to knowing oneself.
I don’t know about others, but for me Guru Ji is God – the God whom I saw, felt and actually lived with!
Guru Ji ka janam is duniya mein gyaan ka prakaash phelane ke liye hi hua tha. Unke jeevan ka ek hi lakshaya tha, ki humare mann ki buriyon ko hata kar uss mann mein brahm ki sthapna karna.
Hum sabhi ki tarah, Guru ji ke jeevan mein bhi bahut kathnaiyan thin…..uske uske bavajood Guru Ji ne gyaan ko apne jeevan mein pratham sthaan diya. Gyaan ke liye unhone apan tann, mann, dhan…sab kurbaan kiya. Unhone hum sabhi ke jeevan mein phele andhikaar ko gyaan ki jyoti se roshan kiya.
Guru Ji ne sanyaas nahin liya, balki grehast mein rehte hue hi brahm gyaan ko paya aur apne sab bhakton ko bhi atma ka nishchaye karaya. Unka yeh manna tha, ki grehste jeevan apne aap mein ek tapsyaa hai…jisse unke sampark mein aane wale sabhi jeevon ka udhaar bhi hota hai.
Guru Ji ne kabhi koi aashram nahin banaya…..apne gyaan ka kabhi prachaar nahin kiya….kyunki Guru Ji bheerd nahin jama karna chahte the…unko toh sirf gyaan ke premiyon ki talaash rehti thi….jo unke gyaan roopi yagya mein saathi ban sake….aur us tatv ko pehchaan sake, jiska bodh Guru Ji karana chahte the.
Guru Ji ka gyaan saral bhasha mein likhi hui ek aisi amrit vaani hai, jo aaj bhi humaare jeevan ko paavan kar rahi hai. Apne jeevan kaal mein unhon ne naa jaane kitne bhakton ka udhaar kiya…aur aaj bhi unhin ki kripa se hum sab ka jeevan bhi chalta hai.
Woh har ek bhakt ko nishpaksh bhav se prem karte the….har ek ko aisa aseem prem diya ki jo ek maa bhi apne bachche ko nahin de sakti.
Aur logon ka toh pata nahin, lekin mere liye Guru Ji bhagwaan hain!
